Nassau Shores Auto was a lifesaver for me!! Coming out of the supermarket, I had a flat tire. I saw the station on the corner of where I would turn to go home. I asked if they could fill my tire and the person(I believe the owner) asked if I'd like them to see if they could fix it. It was 4:15 or so. I said sure. Since I had driven on the completely flat tire, it was not salvageable. On the spot they ordered 2 tires as another of my tires was damaged. They stayed until 5:40 ( when they close at 5) to get my tires done. They made what could have been a nightmare situation for me a breeze. They were friendly and very helpful. The price for the 2 tires was more than reasonable. I will continue to use their station if I ever need anything else for my car! |

Been customer since you opened back in early 1990's, and not looking to nit-pick but on last visit though I asked for oil change and tire rotation, only the oil change was done. Was getting ready to go on trip so no time to return for rotation. Then, while on the trip my "change oil light" came on so apparently it wasn't reset after service. Not a big deal for either issue really, but a little annoying. I'll still be back. First "boo boo" in 20+ years. |

Dropped car of for an oil change & inspection. Was contacted and informed my front brakes were thin and should be replaced in addition to my belts. I authorized the change when i arrived the bill read changed my rotors and pads. the pads were not worn thru to rotor,why were they replaced. Lastly i left the garage and had to return because although you billed me for the inspection it wasn't done and the sticker was not replaced. I had to wait while this was done and i believe it was passed through not properly done therefore how was the vehicle determined to need $700 worth of work |

Here is why I have been going to Nassau Shores for 22 years. I t was a very busy day in the shop and the my Audi was getting an oil change. It was completed right on time and shortly after I left I developed a slow leak in a tire, I called the shop brought the car back and in 1/2 an hour the tire was fixed and I was on my way. That's the way it's been for 22 years and I always appreciate their efforts. |

These guys are great. Honest and trustworthy. Like have a mechanic in the family. All the work has been done correctly ( even catching a mistake another local station made!) and it's done on time with the price they quoted. They don't mind stop by's for a flat tire or an oil change. Highly recommended! |

The service was performed in a timely manner, a tire rotation was performed by the mechanic which I had forgotten to ask for, but was happy they took care of it. My only complaint was they didn't put a service sticker on the windshield but overall I was happy with the service. |

I don't remember how many years Nassau Shores has been operating but I am thinking close to or perhaps a bit longer than 20 years.
